When you complete the designated registration process of creating a new account on Sparrow and complete your first deposit of at least $50 into the ‘Create a Fund’ product, and keep it open for at least 90 days (three months) from the day of creation, in accordance with the eligibility requirements during the time periods set forth below, Sparrow will make a one-time deposit of $25.00 (twenty-five dollars) worth of bitcoin into the designated fund (Bonus Funds). Eligible ‘Create a Fund’ products must be set to monthly automatic bitcoin investments for at least 3 months (90 days) to qualify. This Promotion is valid beginning 11:59 am January 23, 2024 and expires 11:59pm July 31, 2024 and subject to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Promotion Terms”).
To be eligible to participate in this Promotion and receive the Bonus Funds, you must complete the following requirements that are included in your offer message to participate in this Promotion (Your “Offer Period”): (i) successfully complete the designated registration process of opening an account on The Cryptomom Global Inc dba Sparrow Finance that is in good standing (ii) link a funding account (e.g., an external bank account) to your account (iii) initiate and complete a minimum deposit of at least $50.00 (fifty) dollars into a ‘Create a Fund’ product by 11:59 pm May 31, 2024 AND (iv) ‘Create a Fund’ product must be set to monthly automatic bitcoin investments for at least 3 months (90 days). Promotion is only applicable for one (1) ‘Create a Fund’ product per account. For purposes of this Promotion, a deposit of funds shall be considered complete once the transaction has fully settled in your Account. If you satisfy the conditions stated herein, Sparrow will make a one-time deposit of $25.00 (twenty-five dollars) worth of bitcoin into your ‘Create a Fund’ product.
For the avoidance of doubt, if you have created a Sparrow account and have made a deposit into any part of your account prior to January 23, 2024, you are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Your Sparrow account must remain in good standing in order to receive the Bonus Funds under this Promotion. Sparrow reserves the right to determine in our sole discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Promotion is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If your Sparrow account is closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, your Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
If, for any reason, this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sparrow which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sparrow reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with this Promotion, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion. Sparrow assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, this Promotion. Sparrow is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sparrow on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.
